6. DATA OWNERSHIP & CONTROL

You retain full ownership of your Client Data

DDS does not sell, rent, or monetize your Client Data

DDS only accesses Client Data when necessary for: Technical support Maintenance and troubleshooting Legal compliance


7. DATA SHARING & DISCLOSURE

DDS does not sell personal or Client Data.

We may share limited data in the following cases:

7.1 Service Providers

With trusted third-party providers (e.g., hosting, payment processors) strictly to deliver services.

8. CRITICAL: SMS OPT-IN DATA NON-SHARING POLICY

DDS will NOT share, sell, rent, or disclose SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, or consent records to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS opt-in data is used solely for communication between DDS and the user

This restriction applies even to affiliates, partners, and vendors

DDS operates on third-party infrastructure and integrations. These providers may process data as part of delivering services.

DDS is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms. Clients are encouraged to review their policies separately.


10. DATA RETENTION

DDS retains Client Data while your account is active

Upon termination: Data is retained for 30 days After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted

SMS consent records may be retained as required for legal or compliance purposes.

It is your responsibility to export or back up your data before termination.


11. DATA SECURITY

DDS implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

Secure cloud infrastructure

Access controls

Encryption where applicable

However:

No system is 100% secure

DDS does not guarantee absolute security

You use the platform at your own risk


12. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
